Looking through our web logs one day we discovered that a number of sites have chosen to link to us. For this honor we are truly grateful, but are also faced with a small dilemma. Given the nature of our business, and the rapidity with which our applications are updated, some of you who have chosen to link to us face the possibility of describing products whose features have changed since you first linked.
It's our opinion that anyone linking to us should be kept abreast of changes we make to our product line, and to our site. To that end we request that if you elect to link to us, and we've not requested it of you, that you send a simple email to our sales department indicating your intent to link to us. Ideally that email would include a small description of who you are, the audience of your site, what you are linking to, and how we can keep you updated of changes. If you plan on translating some of our content or product descriptions, this would also be of great interest.
Of course we have no intention of refusing a link request, rather since you saw value in adding us to your site, we see value in ensuring you are as up to date as possible on our sites' content.
