Purchase DBDocumentor ™ Licenses

1. Choose License Type

The first step in purchasing DBDocumentor ™ is to decide on the licensing model which is appropriate for your organization.  Note that if you're considering a development license, you will need to start the process with a minimum of a single user license for DBDocumentor, and then contact Pikauba Software for pricing appropriate to your needs.  

	DBDocumentor ™ Single User License (can be activated on up to two computers)	$160.00 US Dollars
	DBDocumentor ™ Domain License (can be activated on an unlimited number of  computers in a single domain)	$850.00 US Dollars

2. Choose Payment Processor

Pikauba Software offers you a choice of payment processors, each of which is a reseller of DBDocumentor™.  If you are an international customer, please note that Share*IT is able to offer an order process which supports multiple languages, and offers additional payment options and currencies.  

	Your payment will be processed by RegSoft, a service of Digital River.  You can review RegSoft's security information and privacy policy by clicking on the associated links. Orders placed by credit card will show the vendor information as "RegSoft" on your statement.
	Your payment will be processed by Share*IT, a service of Digital River.  You can review Share*IT's privacy policy and find answers to common order placement questions at their customer care center. Orders placed by credit card will show the vendor information as "Element 5" on your statement.

 

3. Place Order

Please press the checkout button to place you order.  If you wish to order multiple licenses, you will be able to select a quantity on the order form of your chosen payment processor.

Cost is determined by the license type.

Common Questions on the Order Process

How secure is my information?

All your order information will be collected on web pages encrypted using SSL.  SSL forms a secure, encrypted, communication channel between your browser and the web site.  All pages where you are prompted to enter personal information use SSL, and you can verify that SSL is enabled by looking for a "lock" icon in your browser.

Do you have other purchasing options?

In addition to the online processing offered via RegSoft, you may also fax, phone or mail an order to them.  When using these alternate order mechanisms, you will still need to fill out the online order form.

Placing an order via fax

1. Select the licensing option desired, and click the RegSoft payment option
2. At the top of the order form, select "Fax Ordering"
3. Fill in the order form and press the continue button at the bottom of the form.
4. Review the order details and press submit at the bottom of the page.  Once you press the submit button, you will be assigned an order number which we can use to track your order.
5. Print out the fax order page and fill in the requested information.  
6. Fax the order page to the number listed.
7. Your registration information will arrive via email once the credit card has been verified.

Placing an order via phone

1. Select the licensing option desired, and click the RegSoft payment option
2. At the top of the order form, select "Phone"
3. Fill in the order form and press the continue button at the bottom of the form.
4. Review the order details and press submit at the bottom of the page.  Once you press the submit button, you will be assigned an order number which we can use to track your order.
5. Call the phone number listed and provide your credit card information. 
6. Your registration information will arrive via email once the credit card has been verified.

Placing an order via purchase order

1. Select the licensing option desired, and click the RegSoft payment option
2. At the top of the order form, select "Purchase Order"
3. Fill in the order form and press the continue button at the bottom of the form.
4. Review the order details and press submit at the bottom of the page.  Once you press the submit button, you will be assigned an order number which we can use to track your order.
5. Print the out the invoice and submit it to your company's accounts payable department for payment. 
6. Your registration information will arrive via email once the invoice payment is received by RegSoft.

Placing an order via postal mail (mail order)

1. Select the licensing option desired, and click the RegSoft payment option
2. At the top of the order form, select "Postal Mail"
3. Fill in the order form and press the continue button at the bottom of the form.
4. Review the order details and press submit at the bottom of the page.  Once you press the submit button, you will be assigned an order number which we can use to track your order.
5. Print the out the mail order page and send it along with your payment to the address supplied.
6. Your registration information will arrive via email once payment is received by RegSoft

Can I pay via PayPal?

At present there is no formalized PayPal payment option.  If you would prefer to purchase your license via PayPal, please contact Sales via email at sales@pikauba.com with your basic information (Name, Address and PayPal ID) and we'll send you the details to transfer funds.  

Please note that with this option there could be a delay in processing your order due to the interactive nature of the process.

Note: Due to EU VAT requirements, payment via PayPal isn't currently available for purchasers in EU member countries.  If you are in an EU member country, please use one of the purchasing options at the top of the page.
